02 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

  1. 2.1 Baxess Real Estate Group undertakes to provide users with its website for real estate investment and capital appreciation.
  2. 2.2 The user undertakes to provide accurate information about himself/herself when registering on the company's website.
  3. 2.3 The user undertakes not to violate the company's copyrights. Baxess Real Estate Group is not responsible for the actions of users that violate the company's privacy policy.
  4. 2.4 The commissions indicated on the website can be changed by the company with 6 months prior notice.
  5. 2.5 Baxess Real Estate Group has the right to change the terms of the user agreement with 6 months prior notice to users.
  6. 2.6 Baxess Real Estate Group has the right to refuse registration on its website without giving any reason.
  7. 2.7 All information on the website is for reference and is not a recommendation to invest. It is recommended that you conduct your own analysis of risks and potential returns before making a decision to invest.

03 LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

  2. 3.2 Users are responsible for the safety of their password and the confidentiality of their account. We recommend that you do not share your password with third parties and use strong authentication methods.
  3. 3.3 Baxess Real Estate Group reserves the right to block the user's account without explanation in case of violation of the rules of use of the site. Users must familiarize themselves with the rules and comply with them.
  4. 3.4 Users are provided with the option of verification in their personal account to provide additional security. It is recommended to use this option to protect the account.

04 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. 4.1 In the event of bankruptcy of Baxess Real Estate Group, it is obliged to pay out the funds to the depositors by selling the property in which the equity depositors' funds were invested. The payout time is between 90 and 180 calendar days.
  2. 4.2 The depositor has the right to early withdrawal of his funds at any time. In case of early withdrawal of the share, the withdrawal procedure takes 15 calendar days. The fee for early withdrawal depends on the duration of the investment.
  3. 4.3 The User Agreement of Baxess Real Estate Group is legally binding for all users of the company's website. By registering on the site and/or using the services of the company, the user confirms his/her agreement with the terms of the agreement.
  4. 4.4 Nothing in the user agreement creates a contract of employment between Baxess Real Estate Group and the user.
  5. 4.5 This user agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the territory where Baxess Real Estate Group is incorporated.
  6. 4.6 Any changes or amendments to the User Agreement must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of Baxess Real Estate Group.
  7. 4.7 The User Agreement may be provided to the User in different languages. In case of discrepancy between the translations, the version provided in the official language specified by Baxess Real Estate Group shall prevail.
  8. 4.8 The user agrees that the use of the site and services of Baxess Real Estate Group implies his consent and full acceptance of the terms of this user agreement.
